Luhya Nanny/House Manager Needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience as a Nanny/House Manager, with references to verify your experience
• A warm and nurturing personality, with a love for children
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with parents and other household staff
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Providing attentive and nurturing care for children of various ages, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
• Planning and implementing daily schedules and routines to ensure children's needs are met
• Preparing meals and snacks for children and ensuring they have a healthy and balanced diet
• Managing household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Running errands as needed, such as grocery shopping and picking up children from school or activities
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and other household staff to ensure consistent care for the children
• Identifying and addressing any developmental or behavioral issues with the children and communicating with parents as needed
• Providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children to grow and learn
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
